Whenever I watch 'Christmas with the Kranks', I root for the main characters as they boycott #christmas. With their friends, neighbours and colleagues putting #pressure on them to take part in the festivities, it feels inevitable that they will be unable to resist the wave of #commercialism and tradition. The sentimental aspect is the final, unstoppable weapon that seals the deal.
