I always wanted an Eee PC. Well I got one for christmas !
Look at it, it's barely 18. The battery is surprisingly still alive and... walking.
Having a bit of fun with #voidlinux because why not. Unfortunately no musl on i686. I was really curious about it.

Das Yesterchips Heimcomputer und Spielekonsolenmuseum in Haingrund hat am heutigen Donnerstag wieder von 17-21 Uhr (letzter Einlass 20 Uhr) für Euch geöffnet.
Zu erleben gibt es Konsolen und Computer der Ära 1977-2010. Die meisten Exponate sind eingeschaltet und sollen benutzt werden!

What a cute little printer! A visitor recently noticed we didn't have one yet and promptly brought it by as a donation. I put a tank mouse on top to see the size relations.

#Jamicon #Spacestation, a stylish first-generation all-in-one 486slc computer. It has a floppy drive and a hard drive, from which it also boots. Only the BIOS battery needs to be replaced.

Today afternoon we'll try to repair an #Archimedes #PC600, which was donated to the museum a few weeks ago. Maybe it is something easy like resetting video mode, maybe something more complicated like defective parts. Fingers crossed for the first alternative.

Bin heute in #Helmond / #niederlande im #computermuseum. Morgen geht es dort weiter....
Die Führung heute ging über vier Stunden, welche gar schnell vorbei gingen! Es war sehr informativ und spannend!!!
Auf dem Bild ist der erste Rechner im Museum welchen ich noch nicht kannte ;)
Und welcher mir sehr gefällt!
Vielvmehr Bilder habe ich aber noch nicht gemacht - wollte erst einmal lauschen und staunen.
Ein Besuch ist es auf jeden Fall Wert!!!
Today is the last chance to take a look at #DoReCo retro event at the #HNF in #Paderborn. Over 120 tables full of old and modified running hardware. And best of it: The entry to to the main exhibition of the world biggest computer museum is also for FREE.

Here's a personal note. Next weekend, October 11th and 12th, the #DoReCo will be taking place again at the #HNF in Paderborn. We from the Visselhövede Computer Museum will be participating with a delegation and many interesting exhibits. Admission to the HNF is also free on these days!
