So, the problem appears to be a #lifted #pad. Almost all the #circuit #trace was torn away by the #connector, the only part remaining is where the #vias are. I scraped away the #soldermask and #soldered a tiny wire to "rebuild" the pad. It's ugly, but it should work...

Replacement parts for the #creality #ender5 #3Dprinter has arrived today and I just replaced it. The #fans don't seem original to me, so I swapped only the broken one. The new one didn't come with the correct #connector, so I decided to #desolder the old wire and solder it directly to the new fan's pcb. Soldering inside the cabinet isn't very confortable 😅 but I didn't want to remove it all and my electronics bench isn't large enough anyway... Anyway, repair is done!
