Whoops, that escalated quickly! 😋🥟 Nikuman, bzw. Baozi nach einer Idee von Riku Eats mit fertigem Pizzateig. Irgendwie war da mehr Füllung und noch ne 2. Packung Teig und äh... Teigtaschen kann eins nie genug haben?! 😬
In meine Füllung wanderte neben den Frühlingszwiebeln statt großer Zwiebel allerdings ne gute Ladung feingeschnittener Spitzkohl hinein. Eben schon bei der ersten Ladung testgeknuspert und OMG - so geil!

#CookingInProgress I stopped buying #SoySauceChicken #豉油雞 from stores some years ago because I started making it #Better(*) than store.
Note: "#Better" mostly in the sense that I know exactly I put (or have not added, eg MSG) on the chicken. Also #BetterHalf loves💞my #豉油雞.

A cooked Soy Sauce Chicken 豉油雞 hanging on hooks so that excess fat and juice can drip away from the chicken making it looks nicer.
