Not long ago, in #COP28 , Al Jaber announced the "historic" agreement to "transition away from fossil fuels". Many applauded this farce.

Now, in the opening of ADIPEC, he stated "the world still depends on molecules to generate the electrons that AI requires." One whole speech without saying ONCE "fossil fuels". Now he talks about "molecules".

Its seems that what was meant by "transitioning away" was: Avoid saying #FossilFuels .

Die Erneuerbaren wachsen inzwischen trotz Untätigkeit und nicht mehr wegen der Tätigkeit von Regierungen, vor allem die Solarenergie. Staatliche Unterstützung wäre aber wichtig, um Wachstum von Wind und Solar, Netzen und Speichern aufeinander abzustimmen.
