After yesterday’s run tests I can better dial in my workouts for the half marathons lined up in the next 3 months. Today an 8km run with 3 in zone 2 and 5 in zone 3. The lactate and vo2 max test I had booked today had to be cancelled so did my own on a treadmill. It’s not as accurate to determine LT2 but is ok for now. #running #thresholdtest #corosrunning #runnersofmastodon

Half marathon training wk 3 day 2. 5 km easy plus strides. Workout said 5k in hr zone 2 then 6x 480m in zone 2 and 6x 160m in zone 4.
