Panel 1: Khalfani and Satin Jim are walking through an alien forest with their hands bound. Their fellow prisoners include spider-like humanoids, bipedal green rabbits, and purple-skinned men with pointed ears. In the foreground is a small hippo/mouse hybrid running down a tree root. Panel 2: Khalfani and Satin Jim are walking through waist-high mud followed by a whip-wielding Amphibiman riding a horned frog. Caption: Our hereos, captured by froglike humanoids, are forced to march. The terrain is inhospitable, varying between uneven forest floor and waist-high swamp water. They are marched for days without food or clean water. They do not understand the croaked commands of their tormentors... Panel 3: The Amphibiman whips Satin Jim. Caption: ...But they are made to understand. Panel 4: Khalfani sits on a purple rock formation and tries to talk with a spider-man. In the foreground, a bat/owl hybrid sits on a giant mushroom. In the background, Amphibimen cook a large beetle over an open flame. Caption: In brief moments of respite, they try communicating with their fellow prisoners... to no avail. Between the two of them, Satin Jim and Khalfani know a dozen languages and more, but none come close to any tongue spoken here. Panel 5: The prisoners march towards a gated military outpost. Caption: Finally, they arrive at some sort of military outpost. NEXT:- CONTACT!

Retro style comic strip Panel 1: Caption: Khalfani and Satin Jim awake in a daze to find themselves in a strange forest. Panel 2-4: Satin Jim looks in wonder at a bird with butterfly wings feeding a worm to caterpillar-chicks. A blue deer drinks water, then looks up in shock to reveal it has one antler emerging from the middle of its forehead. Caption: The vegetation and animal life are bizarre. Like that of Earth in some ways, but... not. Panel 5: The deer runs away. Caption: Then -- a disturbance in the trees! Panel 6: Frog-like humanoids riding giant horned frogs and tadpoles descend on Satin Jim and Khalfani. Caption: Strange monsters! Carrying even stranger men! Panel 7: The two humans put their hands up as the frog-men surround them. Caption: Captured!! Next :- The March!

Counter-Earth - The Witchbird.

A species of three-headed carrion fowl common to Ezkeel, the farthest moon of Clarion. The Witchbird, so-named because of its distinctive bony crests and head-plumage that superficially resemble stereotypical witch hats, flies above the barren, rocky terrain of its small world searching for carcasses to devour.

Counter-Earth - The Air Boar.

Thought I'd do another Counter-Earth creature design. This one isn't based on any pop-culture thing in particular, other than the old "When pigs fly" phrase and a pun on the word "airborne."

In "Stranded in Space," an astronaut crashes into a Counter-Earth, a 10th planet of the solar system we can't see because it's on the exact opposite side of Earth's orbit.

An #MST3K fan wiki helpfully tells me a planet can't hide opposite Earth, because Earth's orbit isn't circular enough. But you know what? According to #Spelljammer, planetary orbits in #ADnD *are* perfectly circular. So to ahead and put a #counterearth in your AD&D solar systems, I guess.

《 #銀河守護隊 3》（Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3）（GOTG3）明年5月5日上映﹐最近Disney+新上架《銀河守護隊假日特別版》（Holiday Special）充滿節日氣氛，Star-Lord（Chris Pratt飾演）與Mantis（Pom Klementieff飾演）兄妹相認，甚至「請」得動（其實是綁架）Star-Lord兒時偶像 #KevinBacon 上太空一齊jam歌拯救聖誕節。通常最開心的時候，眼淚就要來了。 《銀河守護隊》系列導演James Gunn已被挖角去對家DC，其實未必關DC事﹐James Gunn兩年前已親口證實：Vol. 3是完結篇，Rocket Racoon會死。電影今年5月殺青，James今年7月出席San Diego Comic Con再次確認：Vol. 3是終章，但部份角色仍會出現於其他MCU電影：「有些故事會有結局，但不意味每個人都會死去。」 12月2日，《銀河守護隊3》預告亦正式公開，新角色有High Evolutionary（至高進化者，Chukwudi Iwuji飾演）、Adam Warlock（亞當術士，Will Poulter飾演）及太空狗Cosmo（Maria Bakalova聲演）。另有傳Rocket女朋友Lady Lylla由Lady GaGa聲演。Cosmo由前蘇聯送上太空，在太空接受輻射後，擁有心靈感應和念力等超能力，在漫畫中也是銀河守護隊一員，已於holiday special登場。 【Rocket與High Evolutionary關係】 預告片中，Gamora（Zoe Saldaña飾演）亦正式回歸。全員來到一個貌似地球的地方——反地球（Counter-Earth），估計那裡就是Rocket的故鄉。一直有傳本集主線是Rocket身世，James Gunn形容牠是“The saddest creature in the universe. ”片裡還出現未被改造的baby Rocket，一隻大手向牠伸來，有指這隻手就是High Evolutionary。 順帶一提，預告片開首出場的是銀河守護隊新太空船——The Bowie，熟悉《銀河守護隊》的觀眾會記得戲中曾出現David Bowie 1972年作品《Moonage Daydream》，2012 remaster版亦收錄於「勁爆舞曲大帝國」（Awesome Mix Vol.1）中，那是Star-Lord母親Meredith送給兒子的禮物，cassette裡收錄的都是她年輕時愛聽的歌。另James Gunn曾透露計劃邀請David Bowie客串一角，可惜Bowie已於16年1月先走一步。 【Counter-Earth】 Star-Lord駕駛「新玩具」The Bowie來到Counter-Earth，畫面中唯獨Rocket不見了，如果沒有fake人的話（慣常技倆），估計銀河守護隊此行是為了找Rocket。 #CounterEarth 在原著漫畫中是High Evolutionary的傑作。High Evolutionary大腦能察覺過去、現在與未來，跟宇宙合為一體。他在地球軌道另一端創造了Counter-Earth，野心是將地球和Counter-Earth合而為一，成為超級星球。

Counter-Earth - Glochees.

An intelligent species occupying the Frozen North of Clarion, the Glochees have long been an exploited minority among the Udak-ruled region, particularly under the brutal Drun dynasty. They are known for their fierce sense of independence and a long tradition of freedom fighters.

These guys are a combination of Star Wars' Wookiees and the hockey mascot Gritty.

Counter-Earth - Colossotter.

A Kaiju resembling a giant otter, the Colossotter is one of the most dangerous creatures on Counter-Earth. In addition to its size and strength, it can store water in its mouth and blast it out in highly destructive streams.

Counter-Earth - Bee-Wolves.

This is the Bee-Wolf, a predator animal common to the Great Forest of Verdissia. They were inspired by the name Beowulf, which literally translates to "bee wolf" (I believe a reference to a bear, ie. a wolf that likes honey).

Counter-Earth - Groblins.

In the 1980s, the evil warlord Carkyss of Ezkeel, as part of a scheme to destabilize the nations of Clarion, took some samples of the animals known as Fuzbullos from the forest-moon of Ulbar and magically mutated them into nasty, chaotic, highly destructive, and rapidly self-reproducing creatures known as the Groblins.

Inspired by the Gremlins franchise.

Counter-Earth - Barnosaurus.

An animal native to the Pterrod Desert on Clarion. Despite its superficial resemblance to the Tyrannosaurus Rex of Earth, the Barnosaurus is a herbivore that feeds on the cacti and shrubs of the desert. They are extremely friendly.

Inspired by Barney the Dinosaur.
