Book I read recently: The Spellshop, by Sarah Beth Durst. Absolutely delightful. Refugee librarian and sentient plant assistant start a shop selling jam (and, under the table, magic spells). Described as being a warm hug in book form, which is 100% accurate. Also winged cats.
