Washington’s #BaleBreakerBrewing refreshed the recipe for its Field 41 Pale Ale this year, re-imagining the #beer as a lighter, crisper, easier-drinking version of the original. The new recipe dropped the alcohol from 5.2 to 4.2% by volume, as well as the calories (now 100 per 12-ounce serving). The brewery is calling the new recipe Yakima Pale Ale.
