One other note - we do not use a database license for our freely-available downloads and user submissions default to CC0, although we have some flexibility around that when importing existing datasets.

Can anyone recommend a good domain registrar? I want something that isnt hosted in a privacy-adverse country like the US. I was originally looking at Swiss based providers, on the idea that their goverment might be more privacy oriented...maybe not so quick to hand over info.

Back in March I had moved one domain over to Infomaniak as a test. Service seemed good and reliable and I liked the idea of their document hosting. However, Im glad I held off:
