AL GUINARDÓ LA CLASSE TREBALLADORA ENS QUEDEM SENSE ESPAIS ON ORGANITZAR-NOS.
Aquestes últimes setmanes hem tingut notícies devastadores per l'organització popular al barri del Guinardó. Tres dels espais més referenciats que hi ha estan en greu perill de desallotjament. Els tres casos són força diferents, però estan relacionats amb una mateixa problemàtica, que l'habitatge està en mans d'especuladors i d'institucions buròcrates i capitalistes.

Per una banda l'Analògica és propietat del BBVA i d'un fons voltor, que equivaldrien a grans tenidors que usen l'habitatge com una mercaderia i que s'enriqueixen amb les seves infinites propietats immobiliàries. L'Analògica era un local buit des de feia molts anys que vam alliberar les veïnes del Guinardó per posar-lo a disposició de l'organització popular i que des de fa quatre anys que és un nexe de connexió entre diferents entitats del barri. Per altra banda, La Selva està patint amenaces per part de l'Ajuntament del PSC, que volen convertir l'hort urbà en una residència d'avis de luxe, acabant amb un dels pulmons verds de la ciutat i deixant enrere un projecte ple de vida que fa anys que es duu a terme. Per últim, l'Ateneu Popular Independentista del Guinardó, la Bullanga, que va obrir farà pocs anys fruït de l'auge del moviment d'alliberament nacional català, han estat notificats recentment que hauran de marxar el dia 31 de desembre per voluntat de la propietària.

A tot això, què pensa fer l'ajuntament i el districte d'Horta-Guinardó per defensar els espais d'organització de la classe treballadora? Res. És evident que el PSC no té cap interès en donar espais al veïnat del barri, encara que després maquillin el seu discurs polític amb bones paraules i falses promeses. Són tres maneres diferents de fer-nos fora, tres vies permeses per la legalitat d'un sistema que permet l'especulació amb l'habitatge i impossibilita el seu accés a la classe treballadora. Com es pot observar, la lluita popular al Guinardó està en un moment molt delicat, i és precisament per això, i per la necessitat de tenir espais propis, que demanem el màxim suport als tres projectes i fem una crida activa a la classe treballadora del barri a organitzar-se i plantar cara a aquest sistema incompatible amb el món que volem construir.

#CISO #cso I have recently been helping with the establishment of an information security program and the work is painstaking, detailed, exacting, and while fun, often difficult. Every decision is fraught with potential calamity. Establishing processes is made harder by the lack of culture to support those policies in an organization that has never had them.

My colleague Nicko said after a couple of weeks of participating in these meetings, "I've worked with CISOs for years, of course, but I have never been this close to how the sausage is made and seen the details. Now I can say, being a CISO is a terrible job."

Oakland protest against ICE

Oakland, CA – On September 6, CSO Oakland and outraged community members took to the streets of East Oakland on 73rd and Bancroft Avenues, mobilizing just blocks from where ICE agents staged a brutal raid that tore six people from their home.

On August 12, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) forcibly detained six people in their home in East Oakland on 79th Avenue near Hillside Street. Of the six people detained, one is a minor and another is a disabled person.

Denver community marches for Chicano Moratorium
