Wolvenkit (modding tool) works on Linux (under wine). I used it briefly (due to bugs) 4yrs ago on Windows. Back then I used the CLI version (on Windows - I think it was rfuzzo's original tool) to create my personal mods.
But the current Wolvenkit is pretty solid. So to check it: I replaced the red Samurai texture (image) on the back of Johnny's jacket with a "goth" Samurai version I found on the Net, and it correctly displayed in game, replacing the original texture.
So simple replacement texture mods work running C2077 via Steam on Linux, correctly displaying in-game.
Now, I'd like to apply the same mods I used on my old V to my current one, but they're for v1.5, not the current v2.31..will need to update them, converting the old 1.5 format to 2.31.
Also, need to check if Frans Bouma's (aka Otis_Inf) custom photo-mode software, reshaders work under wine simultaneously with C2077.
