There is an oiler in port, sitting quite high in the water. I presume this means the Irving tanks up high on the southside hills are now full.

With the replenished salt mountain at the Harvey wharf, and all the Coast Guard boats now out of drydock and onto the water, it is no trouble to tell winter is approaching.
