I was amused, if not surprised to see two restaurants mentioned in the press. Based on their Chinese names (who am I to criticise?) Ho Lee Fook was opened in Gallowgate a few years ago and has been followed by Fook Mei on the London Rd. I suppose it is all in the-enunciation
