Playing #DeadSpace '08 on #Steam has its kinks. But, the fear is there again. Namely, b/c I'm a PS player. So, I'm having to adjust all over again since I'm using DS4 to emulate an XBox controller. #gaming

I'm enjoying Dead Space so far, but I have to say I find the monster spawning behavior obnoxious. Like, you can't just go into a room and there are enemies there. You have to walk across the room, and only then will enemies pop out of the vents behind you, like they're shy. Every time I come to a decent-sized room, I feel like I just need to go stand in the middle of the area and announce that I'm closing my eyes now.
