I'm very happy to see OT-Mation make it into print at last - an open-source code for parsing CSV files into Python scripts for control of OT-2 liquid-handling robotics. We've used it to couple Design of Experiments with lab automation.

@breakingtaps #ExperimentalDesign is a more standard hash tag than #DesignOfExperiments. Might get more interest that way.
Anyone know of software that will help optimize multi-variate experiments? Something sample-efficient since these are manually generated test results.
I found https://github.com/yunshengtian/AutoOED/ which looks great, but having a hard time getting it working at the moment
