I use the name "Zorb" because i live a sober life, i am almost 11 years free from alcohol and more then 15 years from #tabacco and #cigarettes #addiction.
Also i don't use any #medication, i am #diagnosed with #adhd +10 years ago and the #doctors wanted me straight to #ritalin wich i #refused.
Along the way i learned how to handle problems, shitty situations and fear in a better more #stable way and i am still #learning today.
It's not always perfect but i rather be chaotic without #medication that #numb with them :)

I just got told by mom that my brother received a letter asking him to explain why he's on #incomesupport.

I decided to read the full #symptom list for #adhd. I have been #diagnosed since childhood, and tried some treatments, but the side effects were always too severe as I am allergic or sensitive to EVERYTHING. #Therapy and behavioral help is what helped me most in that way.
