On a lighter note, here is a good boy (most of the time - he’s almost 3, so he still has puppy forgetfulness sometimes). This is Cisco, who belongs to our neighbor with the Halloween decorations. I am the only person in the neighborhood that he’s allowed to jump on, because he will knock other people down, whereas I will catch him in a bear hug and play with him when he jumps on me (I’m not supposed to do that post-back-surgery - so we’re both missing the wrestling). #DogsOfMastadon

Years ago, this dog would often be walking with his old man human at the time I took my walks in the nearby park. Sometimes they would sit on a bench. We got into the habit of smiling and waving at each other when we passed each other, sometimes the dog got a head scratch.

Then one day, the dog was there with a young man.

Months later, no more waves or head to pet. :(
