I'm joining Art Fight this year, so here is the Darlo reference sheet! The main consistency in his design really is the hair and nearby parachute guy, even I play fast and loose when drawing him. Expect a lot of other people's character art pieces in July!

Hair wisps in front of ears.
Usually not coloured in (even if BG is), but colour added here just in case you want to.
Sketch lines left with low opacity.
Hands are usually stubs, with fingers and thumbs only added when needed.
Four string stick figure parachute guy hidden somewhere in picture.
Everything else (height, rotundness etc) is pretty much dynamic and not set in stone, so have fun.
