I hauled out the hot glue gun, which of course you can't recommend as the solution for a craft aimed at 8-year-olds.

It worked, though. I was tempted to pull out the bead stash and bling it up some more, but didn't.

If you're crafty, you can do this better with stash & a trip to the dollar store. If you're not, the thing won't hold together under use. #EasterCrafts #Easter 7/7

Here's the finished headband on its head and...

20 minutes later, here it isn't.

I'd intended to document the steps of assembly, but... there kind of aren't any.

Stick the flowers, leaves, and ladybug to the green arch. Stick the white felt on the pink felt. Wrap the pink felt around the headband. Stick the decorated green arch on the front.

This will not keep even an indecisive child busy for more than 30 minutes. #Easter #EasterCrafts 5/?
