They also consulted on the idea of mandatory assessments of #EmbodiedCarbon in building proposals. We offered evidence and methodology.
They left that out.

Real estate company, IPUT, has spent a lot of money on a report extolling the sustainability gains from their recent developments at Wilton Place. It is a very polished exercise in greenwashing from a company that demolished over 200,000sqft of serviceable, reinforced concrete office buildings and replaced them with almost 800,000sqft of new building with no consideration for embodied carbon.
A few deckchairs and artists' studios doesn't cut it.
