A medic recently asked me why our protocols call for tranexamic acid for hemorrhage if it can be given within 3 hrs of injury/onset, but not after that. After some lit review, the answer is that there is no benefit in mortality after 180 minutes.

Last year, we appealed for information on a neo-Nazi who uses the alias "Levi Savage.” "Levi" leads the Georgia chapter of White Lives Matter and works as an emergency medical technician.
We have now identified “Levi” as Devin Brosnahan of Augusta, Georgia. Online records show that in 2022, Brosnahan worked for Aiken County Emergency Medical Services across the state line in South Carolina.
