#EpicFail of the day no the year. Why, seriously why, the hell, does a program need a settings.xml file to uninstall? Seriously I had to go manually delete all of its shit from someone's computer because a previous uninstall got botched, and when running the uninstaller, I was informed that, "Some error occurred" (exact words btw) because the settings.xml file could not be found, so the program could not be uninstalled. I'm genuinely curious. Was it the person who programmed that uninstaller's first day, and they kept the code around not to hurt their feelings? I can't think of another good explanation for this. That had to be quite the dumbest tech fail I've experienced in a very long time. Maybe the year. That was literally a stupid design decision, no contest. I can at least logic my way through some of the bugs and glitches I encounter, but not that one. It was the TypeAbility program by "Yes Accessible."
