To combat my habit of snacking on chips and sweets between lunch and dinner, I've adjusted my plan to take 1 Tbsp of olive oil with a splash of lemon juice about 15 minutes before lunch. Glad to report no side effects like an upset stomach so far! Hoping this is the trick.
