Parfois les choses ont lieu sans même que les personnes à l'origine des impacts s'en aperçoivent, parfois tel ou telle en a marre de répéter ce choix passé, cette décision collective ou d'expliciter telle démarche qui ne semble "pyramidale", "excluante" ou autre que quand on ne voit qu'un petit morceau de situation.
