A room in an underground bunker with linoleum floors, fluorescent lights and a very Fallout/Star Trek looking instrument panel that covers the whole back wall. It has lots of dramatic looking buttons and old CRT security screens. There are clocks on the wall that show the different time zones. The biggest clock is set to 5 minutes to 12.
