I stopped into my favorite local comic shop, Cosmic Comix, for Free Comic Book Day yesterday! It's always great to see the store so busy!

I mostly go for the sales and festivities these days, not the free comics (I have too many already) but this Mighty Nein Origins one did catch my eye. Got some short boxes at a nice price too, on top of my subscriptions.

Free Comic Book Day 2025 is in the books! I want to thank Mathias, Joel, and the entire Knowhere Comics & Comics crew for having us. And everyone who stopped by. ❤️
I absolutely love seeing kids come in and grab their comics and get wide-eyed, watching us draw. I hope we made lasting fans of the medium today. That's THE best part.

But the fun doesn't stop there! I'll be in Temecula tomorrow for the SoCal Joe Show! I'll be there from 9am until 2pm. I'm bringing a HUGE selection of GI Joe comics, original art, and a mountain of prints!

Fringe Fiction Goes to Free Comic Book Day 2025 #fcbd #fringefiction #frifi

On this gorgeous sunny day in Philadelphia, Fringe Fiction went to Free Comic Book Day. First, at Ontario Street Comics in the Kensington area, it was quite busy even in the morning. We did score some free comic books. We tend to go for more of the independent comics rather than the DCs and Marvels. We will post reviews of the comics at later dates.
