@stephanie Okay, I found 10 CFR 430, "ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM FOR CONSUMER PRODUCTS."

There's definitions at squiggle 430.2 (https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/10/430.2), and here’s what it says for "showerhead":

"Showerhead means a component or set of components distributed in commerce for attachment to a single supply fitting, for spraying water onto a bather, typically from an overhead position, excluding safety shower showerheads.”

It does not appear to have been amended today.

Da hat sie absolut Recht, denn nur so konnten engagierte Rechtsanwälte in den #USA diese vergangene Woche die #SignalGate-Affäre der #US-Regierung gerichtlich an den Pranger stellen.
Dass es nur auf bundes- & nicht auf landesebene gilt, ist eigentlich skandalös. "Accountablity" ist eigentlich einer DER zentralen #Demokratie-Garanten. Dazu ist #Transparenz der politisch Handelnden und der öffentlichen Verwaltung unabdingbar.
