I've been using this Center for Land Use Interpretation field book for general note taking, but I'm curious about typical use for this type of graph paper. Do people tend to just do plotting on the right side? The lines are so dark and the spaces so small it interferes with most of what I can imagine doing with it. The paper on the left makes more sense to me.
