Für #SchiffsSamstag ein kleines #Schiff vom ehemaligen Insels #Schokland. In 1859 wurde die #Insel evakuiert, weil es zu gefährlich geworden war, dort zu leben. In 1932 verwandelte der #Afsluitdijk die #Zuiderzee in das #IJsselmeer. In 1942 wurde der #Flevopolder trockengelegt und Schokland ist heute auf den Liste des #UNESCO Weltkurturerbes.

EN At the foot of a former island lies a small boat with a mast between some rocks and reeds. The sky is wintery blue, it is clearly cold. The trees on the horizon are bare, the reeds short and dead. The polder land behind the ship has been flooded. No longer the wild sea that used to be there, but the water gives a nice idea of what it was like. The ship itself seems to date from that time and gives off a somewhat nostalgic vibe with its peeling wood.

DE Am Fuße einer ehemaligen Insel liegt ein kleines Boot mit Mast zwischen Steinen und Schilf. Der Himmel ist winterlich blau, es ist deutlich kalt. Die Bäume am Horizont sind kahl, das Schilf kurz und abgestorben. Das Polderland hinter dem Schiff ist überschwemmt. Nicht mehr das wilde Meer von früher, aber das Wasser gibt eine schöne Vorstellung davon, wie es war. Das Schiff selbst scheint aus dieser Zeit zu stammen und verströmt mit seinem abblätternden Holz eine etwas nostalgische Atmosphäre.

NL Aan de voet van een voormalig eilandje ligt een klein scheepje met een mast tussen wat keien en riet. De lucht is winters blauw, het is duidelijk koud. De bomen aan de horizon zijn kaal, het riet is kort en dood. De poldergrond achter het scheepje is ondergelopen. Niet meer de woeste zee die er vroeger was, maar het water geeft een mooi idee hoe het was. Het scheepje zelf lijkt nog wel uit die tijd te stammen en geeft met z'n afgebladderde hout een wat nostalgische vibe af.
