Anyone having an idea how to get #MP4 playback working in #LibreWolf on #rhel10 beta?
I have a strong hunch it's related to ffmpeg ... librewolf complains about NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR and Couldn't open avcodec:. I tested #rpmfusion on an AlmaLinux 9 box, and it works fine there with the same kind of packages installed there - but ffmpeg seems to be crux anyhow.
I do have the #oneplay codec pack from #fluendo installed as well, to no avail.

People can be trying to play videos they legally obtained, on a GNU/Linux OS they legally obtained, on a computer they legally obtained. But if they're in a country that hasn't got rid of the software patent scam yet, they have to pay asshole tax to Fluendo for the privilege of doing so. This is pure graft. Fucking parasites.
