Just realised that the track used in the first "Margo waking up" scene in season 1 is from 1996 not 1969, & this had to have been a choice - cos basically everything in season 1 foreshadows things that happen later & it's the only track that's out of era even if the style fits #ForAllMankind #HiBob

kills off two major characters. I really did not expect Karen to die, and it’s a shame Molly’s death is offscreen, via a newspaper clipping. Molly deserved a better exit, but Karen’s is such a sad watch. #ForAllMankind

Undoubtedly the biggest shock in this episode comes from the terrorist attack on the space centre, instigated by the gang who led Jimmy astray. It’s a major game changer for the series, not least because it #ForAllMankind

contributes some great drama to proceedings, especially when the FBI get involved, who have a complicated history with her.

Most of the interesting stuff this episode takes place on Mars, with Kelly's pregnancy creating some complicated issues. Helios do seem a #ForAllMankind

Coming Home: This is an episode with so much going on, and it says a lot when Ellen coming out as the first gay president in the 90s is the least impactful thing that happens. Aleida now being certain that Margot has been leaking her plans to the Russians #ForAllMankind

The Sands Of Ares: A very tense and dramatic episode, concerning the rescue of Ed and Danny after the disastrous drill operation. It has some great character beats for the pair and their relationship, covering how both characters were impacted by Shane's death #ForAllMankind
