So on today's episode of my life is hell the upstairs neighbor flooded us. And we are having emergency issues and it's a literal nightmare.

Our condo was flooded after the upstairs neighbor refused emergency repairs that we arranged through multiple licensed plumbers due to personal preferences, and the HOA failed to respond in a timely manner, allowing the damage to escalate. The destruction forced my sister and me to spend $20,500 in savings and rely on credit cards just to stay afloat. Insurance is involved, but reimbursements can take months, and we are struggling with basic living expenses. Any support, even $1, truly helps us survive and rebuild while the legal and insurance process moves forward — thank you so much.
