AMAB, but began transitioning to female at age 20. Was never able to complete due to logistics, fear, and chronic illness. Nevertheless I was living #femme full time for the last few decades. Now, my #genderidentity feels less certain than before. It feels more nuanced than the binary, but I’ve never been very good at identifying nuance in my own feelings before. I personally don’t feel anymore right calling myself a woman than I do a man. ‘Female’ I could handle, but “woman?” Not so sure.

I stumbled upon this podcast by Dr. Mike where he interviews Dr. Jack Turban on all things #transgender . Dr Jack Turban is a psychiatrist that works with kids and teenagers with all kinds of gender issues.
