I tried out a game of #Necromunda with my buddy. Crunchy, but pretty fun! I got to use my #genestealercults which worked out better than I expected. It doesn't look like it, but a few of my guys are actually painted. I'll try to get the rest of them painted up before we play another game.

We spent the last week in Rome but my partner managed to catch flu whilst we were there. Back home now, and whilst he recovers in bed I’ve spent some more time on my Patriarch. Texture paint needs to dry, but here he is (apologies for yellowish lighting).

I am very tempted to expand my imperial guard with Genestealer Cults. It would give me a “bad guy” faction without spending a lot on a new army. Especially as I already have ~3 squads of pure strain Genestealers from Space Hulk. I’d be limited to the Brood Brothers detachment, but that’s okay. I also have scores of unbuilt guard I could easily hybrid up. Not that I should spend anything anytime soon.
