Around when I misplaced all of my mastodon login information, I started Genuary. Instead of seeing the results as I made them, read about the process here: https://www.katarinahoeger.com/2023/04/11/genuary
I'm a few months late, but here's (almost) all my images for #genuary2023 in a single gallery:

These are some new outputs after #genuary2023 Day 9 (Plants) but now with color palettes from package {PrettyCols} by @nrennie
https://nrennie.github.io/PrettyCols/
Neon and PurplePink plants remind me of colors frequently used by Mexican architect Luis Barragán.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Barrag%C3%A1n
Coded in #Rstats using code by @casadebaig and #ggplot2. Code and examples of outputs can be found in my repo:

Here I revisit another of my #genuary2023 creations, a system that I call Transchromations, now using color palettes from package {PrettyCols} by @nrennie
https://nrennie.github.io/PrettyCols/
These outputs use palettes Tangerines, PinkGreens, and Winter.
Coded in #Rstats using #ggplot2. All code and more examples of outputs can be found in my repo:

Started working on a new piece today after taking a break post #genuary2023. Made with Processing. Happy with how this is starting to take shape.
Still revisiting some of my #genuary2023 creations, here are four tessellations with color palettes from package {PrettyCols} by @nrennie
https://nrennie.github.io/PrettyCols/
Two "Autumn" mosaics, and two "Winter" are inspired by the Origami series of @terence
Coded in #Rstats using #ggplot2 and #rayshader. All code and more examples of outputs can be found in my repo:

I am revisiting some of my #genuary2023 creations to experiment with the color palettes in package {PrettyCols} by @nrennie

Here are a couple of meandering paths, using palettes "Bright" and "Neon".
Coded in #Rstats using #ggplot2. All code and more examples of outputs can be found in my repo:

"Impossible Gardens"
Like a timeless botany book, ancient and futuristic at the same time, which illustrates the magic of generative emergence, with an illustrated sampler of real but impossible gardens.
Randomness, geometric algorithms and space colonization techniques intertwine to generate infinite maps of fantastic gardens, where only the mind can wander.

'Hamiltonian Chaos Rug' is slowly minting, I like each iteration minted till now, when I see a new one I want to say:
"That rug really tied the room together"
