A question for people with #AcidReflux / #GERD : do you have any particular websites that you trust as sources of info/advice on managing the condition?

I just searched for whether dark or milk chocolate is ’better’ in terms of being less likely to aggravate (yes I know no chocolate is best but fuck that). Checked 3 different sites and got one vote for dark, one for milk and one for white. So I’m no clearer than I was and I don’t know which, if any, of those sites is reliable

While my arthritis has eased off significantly since I stopped taking the Lanzaprazole, I'm still getting pain in my thumbs particularly in the evenings.
So I'm back to wearing the thumb splint which helps a lot.
At least the knee & hip pains have gone.

I had quite bad back pain in the night which I think might be the pain that Lansaprazole was given in the first place.

I'd rather have the stomach and back pain than the arthritis pains.

I've got a phone consultation with the GP surgery but it's in about 10 days time.
