I had a dream that I took an elevator to the top floor of a very tall building, one that I'd worked in my whole life. Yet, I'd never been to the top floor until this moment.
When the elevator doors opened I walked out to see a number of artists, free-thinkers, and creatives conversing with each other in a very brightly lit and beautifully decorated space. I approached one of them with a big smile and said, "I've worked I.T. in this building for 20 years and am so happy to have finally made it here." They welcomed me.
It felt surreal.
It was a metaphor.
Every job I've held since starting this project has never felt as right as it feels when I sit down to work on this. I remember the first day of the first job I took after moving to Bellingham in 2022. An incredibly clear and loud voice in my head said, "You aren't supposed to be here."
My life's work is to MAKE BIG CHANGES, starting with how artists and creatives are supported in this world, and that starts with Subjam. Indiegogo campaign launches this Friday May 16th and I see it going viral with YOUR help. Yeah, you - the one reading this right now.

Thanks very much for all the help we've already received, and the patience you have shown us. We hope our progress is gratifying, even though it takes a while.
Today we have side #solar panel 2/10, 16/24 overall, mounted on the #Vulpibus. We also worked out (mentally at least) the design for the bedroom and bathroom wall. We bought some reflective strips for vehicular safety, 2 guage wire connectors, more bolts and screws and more drill and screwdriver bits (they break often when working on thick steel with unknown overlaps behind it) today. To get more done, we need some #fedihelp #mutualaid #funding to cover the cost of hinges, screws and wood, as well as getting much needed tyres fitted and covering numerous bills.
