2022 Barrel-aged Nova Praha Med, bottle 368 from #giesenbrau in New Prague, MN

A Czech influenced imperial stout aged in Templeton rye barrels. Smooth honey and chocolate notes with a spiced finish from the rye. Tasty!

Czech for "New Prague Honey," this Imperial Stout was brewed with 75lbs of local honey in a 10bbl batch.
This year's batch was aged in Templeton Rye barrels for 5 months. Expect a smooth, chocolatey stout with notes of vanilia, sweetness from the honey, and a spiced finish.
