After months of annoying rStan issues on linux, #gpt3chat just solved the problem for me 👀 #openAI

I tried to have #gpt3chat talk about some of my research topics. It failed miserably, replying that it has no access to online resources. Apparently my job still makes sense, at least as long as I have Internet. And #gpt3chat doesn't.

Blockchain has been over hyped rubbish with no substance from the beginning, a solution looking for a problem. A Ponzi scheme where everyone is incentivised to hype it

This AI stuff is so completely different, even as someone who's followed along over the last 12 months this explosion over the last week has completely caught me by surprise.

5 minutes playing with GPT Chat and anyone can immediately think of dozens of things it can disrupt. It's legit scary, the hype is real.

@mpesce 's keynote at #webdirections was my favourite talk. I reckon AI is all we'll be talking about in 12 months.
