Anyone out there using a #pixel9 with #grapheneos and doing sound recordings with it?
And is happy?
Right now I have a #pixel7pro and when I record my acoustic guitar plays, the pixel really goes a bad job.

Currently trying to learn more about #fairphone and #eos. What’s the community’s opinion on the software? Is it any good? What about hardware support?
I’m pondering a move from iOS, but switching to Googled Android is not an option.
Considering #lineageos and #grapheneos as well. What are the key differences?

@BryanGreyson so I guess @fairphone / #Fairphone did not partner with @GrapheneOS / #GrapheneOS nor did they reverse their #FeatureRegression since #Fairphone3 (removal of 3,5mm jack, removal of 2nd #SIM slot because #eSIM is not real #DualSIM!) ?

@madargon I didn't even know that the InPost app not working because I don't use it by choice on my #grapheneos. When you buy something, they send you an email containing a QR code and code for manually opening box. It's enough to use it for me, but thanks for the report.

Truly astonished at the improved power usage running #grapheneos. I haven't got anywhere near all my usual apps on it yet but overnight even with WiFi on and Play services not turned off, and the battery's at 100 percent in the morning!!

Nåväl, #grapheneos skulle jag gärna testa också, och tack för tipset om #liberux, intressant! I sammanhanget kan man också nämna Purisms #librem5. Det finns trots allt några alternativ för dem som inte vill vara instängda i Google/Apple-fållan.
I'm trying to get my new phone working with my (16 years) old car. The phone is a Pixel 8a running GrapheneOS. The car is a Mercedes SLK.
The car detects the presence of the phone, but then wants me to enter a PIN supplied by the phone. I'm assuming that the phone should detect the pairing request, and show me (a) the car and (b) a PIN, but it's not.
Anyone got any ideas on how to debug this? (Or even if it's possible any more).
Okay but seriously I think maybe things are shifting for privacy. Like... used to be that I'd be like "Signal GrapheneOS secure etc etc" and ppl were like:
"You're a weird, Dio. That's crazy stuff."
Now it's more common to get:
"Wait so Meta couldn't spy on me? And my texts would be safe? Can you like... tell me more?"
So there's some good news?
After discussing with @GrapheneOS about sandboxed #PlayServices and #MicroG which one is more privacy friendly, they blocked me. 😂 Obviously they don't tolerate criticism. Cowards. #GrapheneOS #CalyxOS
