if you ever got bored from #GrandTheftAuto Vice City, theres a cool mod around called Extended Features! it has a ton of new, mostly lore-friendly content, and highly anticipated features such as:
the mod features an autoinstaller to make it near impossible to screw things up! all you need to do is point the installer to a directory containing a fresh, clean install of grand theft auto vice city and it will just work! (for Wine (Linux) users, you will also need to override libraries for gtavc.exe - go to the game folder and add every .dll in it as "External first" in winecfg for the game executable)
