Given an activitypub server only generally deals with activities it understands & stores data for things it cares about, logically I'd think it must be possible to just split replay all activities to each underlying instance, and to do actor merging at collection level or something.

Last night (on 4/20), the Laughing Gas Film Festival in Fort Lauderdale screened Half Baked for its 25th anniversary, and it did not hold up. This is the real kind of comedy you can't make today, stoner movies that assume weed by itself is funny instead of just the setup for the characters to do funny things. Like Halsey said, everybody's "high on legal marijuana" now, so a lot of 420 humor isn't edgy anymore, just cringy.
