Today we visited the Fossil Giant, in the shadows of Mt Wellington. This giant stringybark grows on sandstone rock and fossilised lace corals and brachiopods from 250m years ago. Glorious to see. #Hobart #treesandforests #trees

The more I hear/read about #Tas #AFLStadium, the more I’ve come to believe that it’s more about which pocket the money is intended to flow into than anything to do with the facility at all. Too many hands in the pot to stop it going ahead me thinks… Never mind the #HousingCrisis, or #CostOfLiving, by Gosh #Hobart will have it’s Shine Dome come hell or high water and those pushing for it will be richly rewarded. We live in really #grifting times my friends..
