Today's run is dedicated to my American friends today, I hope you find your inner frog and stay safe out there.

I played Rage Against the Machine, which do get your inner resistance out while air drumming, as I ran 9km which sadly included too much tarmac but had a stretch of trail, that I do enjoy running on and caused me to add an extra kilometre.
