Another approach: I can config SubwayTooter to confirm posting. The prompt displays the account name. Maybe you have such an option, too.

Instead of ten thousand posts on #HowToFedi every time there is a big influx of new users, it would be really cool if someone distilled the good knowledge of how to get around and feel at home here.
