Vor dem Concordiatempel im Valle dei Templi liegt die monumentale Ikarus-Statue, ein modernes Werk von Igor Mitoraj. Der gefallene, fragmentierte Körper aus Bronze greift den Mythos des Ikarus auf und steht zugleich im Dialog mit den Ruinen der Antike. Der Kontrast von zerbrochener Moderne und klassischer Harmonie wirkt still nach, besonders in der Nachmittagssonne.

Bydgoszcz, Akademicka x Korfantego, 6 stycznia 2024. Zabytkowy Ikarus 280 pędzi przez skrzyżowanie w obsłudze linii 89. Na początku zeszłego roku MZK Bydgoszcz miało takie braki kadrowe, że tamtejszy ZDMiKP przekazał tymczasowo trzy brygady… stowarzyszeniu lokalnych miłośników komunikacji miejskiej, które zgłosiło się do obsługi ze swoimi zabytkowymi autobusami. W zeszłą zimę na liniach 52, 79 i 89 można było więc przejechać się dwoma Ikarusami 280 oraz Volvo B10MA.
