I have been asking for a while how the #SupremeCourt, without serious requirement to be #impartial, is consistent with a #democratic government, especially when who is allowed to be in the court is so connected to a random system of when the justice dies or retires.
Now it seems clear that it is fully #antidemocratic and proud of the fact.

Someone really needs to sit #Trump down and explain to him how the #legal system works. As #prosecutor, it is not #LetitiaJames' job to be #impartial. #Impartiality in the process is for the judge, and jurors. The prosecutor can and should have strong opinions as to the #guilt of the #defendant. Trump seems to believe that the the prosecutor must be free from opinion, or conviction as to his guilt, but that's just not how it works.
