Inheritance tax. Some people are for it, some are against it.
I've read an article that says the majority of inheritance receivers are at age 45-55, when the inheritance has already lost its purpose and is simply an additional income. And young people who actually would greatly benefit from their inheritance, usually do not receive it (parents still alive and kicking) or have to pay huge tax.
So my thought: why not to make tax according to the recipients age? 0-18 years old - 0% tax, and every year to add 1% with the cap of 30%. Then some poor student of 25 would pay 7% tax, and people from 48 would pay the usual 30% (or some approximate sum, I don't exactly remember the number).
