Kensington High Street is more of a shopping street with lots of shops and department stores. And then, on the corner, there is St Mary Abbots Church with picturesque tombs, stone slabs, a church building and a backyard garden. It's a must-see.

The city centre brutalism of Plymouth is mainly due to the Blitzkrieg of Nazi Germany (The Blitz). Plymouth was the city most affected by the German air raids. As a result, the city centre is immersed in postmodernism and efforts are being made to preserve and renovate this cultural heritage of the post-war period in a contemporary way.
